podMAMA is for prenatal and postpartum yoga practitioners to practice a challenging class that is entirely safe and geared to Mama. Learn how to effectively and safely practice yoga before, during, and after pregnancy! Enjoy classes cued specifically to the physical considerations during pregnancy and receive the education you desire for your practice.

The Boulder studio will host this class on the first Sunday of each month and the Westminster studio will host on the third Sunday of each month!

This 90 minute class combines lecture/discussion, movement, and Q&A. podMAMA is intended for students with previous yoga/fitness experience but can be accessible to any level of practitioner. Included in all class packages!
